Hello,
(Note, there should be a forward accent on the i in "prevzati", but it did not convert correctly above.)
In a document I am translating from ITALIAN into English, this also appears as: "Atto della presa di possesso del possesso del oggetto di Leasing", which I am pretty sure is itself a translation from the Slovak.
(I don't speak Slovak.)
My working translation is, "Certificate of take-over of the leased property"; does that seem correct to my Slovak-speaking colleagues?
Thanks!

Lease takeover procedure
In Slovak "protokol" means "rules of the process" or procedure describing the takeover of the leased object, not the "certificate" of completion of such act... My translation would simply be as above, or variation of it such as "Procedure of taking posession of the leased property"

"Protokol" in the meaning of a document would be better translated as "transcript" rather than certificate... So perhaps a better expression would be "Lease takeover (handover) transcript", or a "Lease takeover certificate" as suggested in the other answer...
