Need a bit of help with the above term. The context is as follows:

Seguimiento diario de embarques/trameos a bases

This is a line item in a spreadsheet regarding certain services rendered by a logistics provider. This entry comes under the heading "Customer Service Department". No more relevant context than this, though. It probably refers to something carried out at the warehouse.

While I don't think it's terribly helpful, other items under this section are:
- Interlocución departamento Customer Service de PCH
- Gestión y seguimiento de condiciones especiales de entrega
- Gestión, seguimiento y reporte de pedidos urgentes
- Seguimiento, control y reporte de recogidas
- Seguimiento y control proveedores de transporte no asociados
- Envío periodico documentación de tte. (hojas de ruta, conformes de entrega, etc.)
- Analisis ficheros incidencias del cliente
- Kpi´s asociados
