I can't offer a translation, but these definitions may help you and others.

4 . Dienstbarkeiten und Grundlasten

4.1. Die Eintragungen sind mit kleinen Buchstaben zu literieren.
4.2. Die Stichwörter sind möglichst kurz zu halten und einheitlich zu fassen (vgl. Stichwörterverzeichnis).

4.3 Bei einseitigen Einträgen erfolgt die Verweisung auf das Gegengrundstück mit "zG" oder "zL" unter Angabe der betreffenden Blatt-Nummern. Bei gegenseitigen Einträgen
(R+L) erfolgt die Verweisung mit "zL + zG" unter Angabe der betreffenden Blatt-Nummer. Das Wort "Blatt" oder "Parzelle" ist wegzulassen.
