Für mich klingt es, als handele es sich um ein Hotel mit überdurchschnittlich grosser Tagungsfläche bzw. vielen Tagungsräumen im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der Gästezimmer. Heisst für einen Tagungsveranstalter im Klartext, nicht alle Tagungsteilnehmer können auch im gleichen Hotel schlafen... (habe mich mein halbes Leben mit diesem Thema herumgeschlagen).

agree  buble: hohe Auslastungskapazität für Besprechungsräume...vielleicht würde ich eher irgendwo den Begriff "Tagungshotel" einstreuen (wenn zutreffend); das "to room ratio" find ich hier auch nicht sinnvoll. oder man betont das großzügig nochmal, zB mit: sehr
