Merci pour vos réponses mais le client m'a demandé de traduire ce terme par "décision juridictionnelle", référence faite à la jurisprudence administrative –cf syst brit qui assure le respect des libertés publiques.

Il s'agit d'un accord de consortium de l'UE, rédigé en anglais et impliquant plusieurs pays d'Europe.

Je vais certainement demander au client de préciser ce point.

Je pensais aussi qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur en anglais mais sur Google il y a de nombreuses occurences de "court of administrative order", bizarre...
