Amerykańska. Przydałyby się też namiary na tekst tej przysięgi po polsku. Po angielsku brzmi tak: "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Właściwie to popieram Bartka, kwestia formy gramatycznej - no i nie tylko o sztandar chodzi. "Przesięga" (oath) ma w Stanach dość precyzyjnie określone znaczenie i skutki prawne, więc chyba jednak nie. Słyszałem też tu w Chicago określenie "Ślubowanie Obywatelskie".

Okazuje się, że już było, i to z podaniem polskiej wersji. Ale tu inni odpowiadający, inne pomysły. Ponieważ i tam przeważyło "ślubowanie", wybieram tę wersję. Jednak internetowe słowniki angielsko-polskie rzeczywiście podają "przysięga", tak jakby już się utrwaliła ta wersja po polsku.
