fruit products in store displays
This is an ongoing project that I have been doing for a fruit growers cooperative. This is a set of instructions for setting up tasting tables to feature different products they offer, from different countries in the co-op.
This is a small, round table with about 25 items on it to attract customers to make a purchase. It has a book of recipes, the products on racks as well as a profile of the fruit grower him/herself.
I want to find a really good term in English for this and am not satisfied with any of my ideas. Your suggestions are welcomed.

Comment: "suezen, thank you - I used this translation, "tasting stations". I also liked Martin's as another industry-related answer. Apparently this term can be translated in a variety of creative ways. I appreciate all the suggestions people supplied which ranged far beyond my own thinking on this topic. It was quite helpful."

Coming over all poetic and trendy all of a sudden, given the informative content of these stands (recipes, info on growers, etc.), how about "Seeds of Knowledge stands"?

Just realised from Elizabeth's intro that no actual tasting as such goes on here. I think something like "Fruit Discovery/Info Point/Corner" might do the job though.

As you can sample a biy of this not-so-forbidden fruit, scrap my last note.

I think this is humour. But if you are serious, I think "pôle" is often used lazily in the sense of a grouping of things. Maybe it sounds like sexy jargon in French, but it does about as much as Anne Widdicombe for me ;-)
