Due to cancellation of the above agreements the Buyer assumes all risks (including property risks) associated with the Seller’s refusal from participating in tender No. 111 (closing date 11.11.2006) for supply of the drilling equipment for XXX Company (Syria). The Buyer undertakes to return the unopened envelope containing the commercial bid submitted by the Seller as a tenderer.
