Medical - Medical (general)
Italian term or phrase: interessamento
The sentence is "...presenza di dolore muscolo-scheletrico con *interessamento* della colonna vertebrale..." I've seen the word 'interessamento' defined as 'interest' and 'intervention' but this has a medical or anatomical meaning that I can't find in my dictionaries. Similar sentences I find in Google are: "la broncoscopia consente di valutare l'interessamento bronchiale..." and "In un paziente con interessamento assiale (sacroileite e/o spondilite)..." Come lo dico in inglese? Grazie mille.
