neutral  momo savino: Fino a pochi anni fa la parola inglese la conoscevano in pochi e si parlava di "persecuzione, / atteggiamenti persecutori" nei confronti di nome della vittima.

neutral  momo savino: Sorry, wrong language. I do not tick on "disagree" because you have already felt this transl is too strong. I use a "staffile" when horseriding (horses won't be hurt nor feel humiliated) and hope that riding crops have never been used in an office ... :$

magari molestia è semplice , ma io penso che molstia sul lavoro sia anche molto comune.
"hostigar" se ricordo bene, è opprimere con uno scopo

  -> Grazie! Io penso che la sudditanza linguistica debba essere limitata ed evitata...ci sono belle parole in italiano, perché non usarle?
agree  Carolina Ramos: Sì, Felice, è una tendenza lassista: "Visto che lo usano in tanti..." Ma se esistono le parole nella propria lingua a mio avviso vanno usate. Anche perché mobbing non apporta concetti nuovi o diversi da quelli proposti un po' da tutti. :-)
