Spanish term

Centrado en procesos críticos, no en DM

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) about aspects of Spanish public health service, etc.
Can't work out what DM stands for here - it's something general (e.g. not diabetes mellitus)

Discussion

Irina Dicovsky - MD (X) Feb 3, 2007:
Rachel, hi! I can't think of a better option than Claudia's. A limited budget often leaves no option but to focus on critical processes, not on diagnosis. In emerging countries this is specially true.
Rachel Fell (asker) Feb 3, 2007:
HI Irina: sorry, I know what you mean, but there isn't much really - it's part of the health care for "PROFESIONALES CON SUELDOS BAJOS y AUSENCIA INCENTIVOS" - another of the few points is "Dificultades para la adopción de nuevas terapias"
Irina Dicovsky - MD (X) Feb 3, 2007:
How about a little more context to shed a light? Cheers!

absolutely focused on, thank for correcting me
agree Dr. Jason Faulkner : without more context, this seems to be the most likely meaning.
