Sto traducendo un contratto assicurativo sottoscritto da "Underwrtiting Members of the syndicates...."
Sono tentato di tradurre semplicemente con ...Membri dei sindacati... ma esiste un termine esatto per tradurre "Underwriting Member"?

agree Francesca Pesce : concordo con Béatrice: il Picchi lo traduce anche "membri assicuratori" i.e. tutti i soggetti che operano all'interno dei Lloyds di Londra. Ma nel tuo caso, mi sembra che il link di Béatrice sia perfetto.
