Italian term

un puntuale feedback

Italian to English Bus/Financial Advertising / Public Relations
I can't find a suitable term for 'puntuale' in English. I thought about 'effective', 'thorough' and 'reliable' but none of them sound quite right.

...kind of hard without any more context, but this might be a good way of putting it.

Excuse my plagiarism, but Mr. Jones, if you don't give sufficient context, sarà difficile fornire una risposta puntuale come si deve. Punctual in English has one very precise meaning (that I know of) in English that is not late, or on time. It does not even mean quickly, or promptly. It can be and often is used in that way in Italian, but it also means in a point like manner in Italian with reference to space (objects, like the bits on drills) or to time, like the theoretical end of a financial period at twelve mid-night on 31st December.
I have translated this in the past with "using drills", which was what what was meant in the context. Or "end of year" in another context.
