Russian term or phrase: давность 1-7 лет
Во всех квартирах произведен ремонт, класса "Евростандарт" (фотографии с интерьерами прилагаются) давностью 1-7 лет, качество ремонта позволяет сдавать квартиры иностранцам.

Followed by a table listing 3 apartments, their surface area, value and monthly rent. I have only seen давность used in legal terms meaning "statue of limitations", but not really sure how that would apply here. I don't *think* the refurbishments were done 1-7 years ago, because I have done previous related documents for this client and I think they referred to works done recently. I may be wrong however!

"Eurostandard" style renovations (to the units) have been done within the last 1-7 yrs
Explanation:
or
"Eurostandard" style renovations (to the units) have been done 1 to 7 yrs ago
i.e. Some units went through renovation 1 year ago, some - 7 years ago,

And I would definitely use "renovation" here instead of "refurbishment".

Explanation:
you are right, давность is not the best Russian word for this context. Its standard use is in срок давности which may apply to any kind of expiration including the statute of limitations, or phrases like за давностью лет -- because it was long ago. Here they mean that the refurbishment is recent.
