In base ad un accurato rilievo dell’architetto Paolini si effettua un parziale progetto di anastilosi, ricostruendo l’angolo nord-orientale del tempio; sulla ***crepidine***vengono rialzate tre colonne intere più una quarta incompleta (fig. 14), facendo ricorso a poche integrazioni, cosa non possibile per la trabeazione, conservatasi solo in piccole parti.

agree Catherine Bolton : My "Illustrated Dict. of Historic Architecture" confirms crepido as a raised base, and SPECIFICALLY cites it for Roman temples.

plinth or pedestal

arch., basamento, zoccolo o gradinata in pietra di un edificio, un altare e sim.

Una delle possibili traduzioni di basamento e` plinth:

A block or slab upon which a pedestal, column, altar or statue is placed.

Since columns rise from your "crepidine", this seems suitable. Other possible translations are "base" or "pedestal".
