Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести выражение provisional liquidation?
Контекст такой:
"Insolvent" means having an administrator appointed, being in receivership, in liquidation, in provisional liquidation, wound up, subject to any arrangement, assignment or composition, protected from creditors under any law, dissolved (other than to carry out a restructure while solvent) or being otherwise unable to pay debts when they fall due or anything with the same or similar effect in any jurisdiction.

Я бы не стал называть это "условной ликвидацией", как было предложено Замирой. Фактически provisional liquidation - это начальный этап ликвидации предприятия, представляющий собой не что иное как назначение временного ликвидатора (с ограниченными правами) на период между подачей заявления/ходатайства о ликвидации компании и принятием судом официального решения о ликвидации, с назначением уже "полноценного" официального ликвидатора. Функция временного ликвидатора - обеспечение защиты интересов всех членов компании и/или ее кредиторов до принятия судебного постановления о ее ликвидации.

it is necessary to quickly stabilise a disorderly management situation; or
time is required to consider alternative actions so that an informed decision can be made regarding the future of the company.
Provisional Liquidator’s powers

The powers conferred may vary according to the particular circumstances, however it is not the function of a Provisional Liquidator to call for Proofs of Debt or distribute funds to creditors.

Point to note

This type of appointment is a holding operation and some other form of insolvency appointment such as liquidation usually follows. Occasionally, however, the immediate crisis is overcome and control of the company returns to the directors.
