Spanish term

diferencial en el tiempo

Spanish to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research
this is from a marketing proposal in Spain:

that clearly differentiates itself these days

The use of the word might well refer to product differentiation

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Product_differentiation

The text suggests in its 'marketing speak' that the proposal will carry with it a competitive advantage and that its proposal represents something new.

I would be tempted to use a slightly simpler idea though such as

something clearly unique at present/in this day and age/these days

The repetition of proponer and then propuesta seems a little clumsy and you might get away with rephrasing part of the sentence.

agree Ronnie McKee : I have to agree with you, I've been struggling to make sense of the wording and was thinking "clearly differentiating at the time", but you've managed it better.
