Context: "Es preciso reiterar que lo que se revisa en un proceso de negociación colectiva es el contrato de trabajo y no está en revisión la ***participación en las utilidades o resultados*** de la empresa."
I don't get what the difference is between "participación en las utilidades" and "participación en los resultados": It's the exact same thing, as far as I know (profit sharing)! So I can't figure out how to deal with this phrase elegantly. "Neither profit sharing nor sharing in the company's profits are under consideration."? UGH!
Any suggestions?
