If it's some sort of social audit, respect des cumuls could imply adherence to codes regarding concurrent appointments/multiple directorships at chair and board level.

Assuming respect is implying "dans le respect de" (in accordance with) then something like:

in accordance with good practice regarding concurrent appointments/multiple directorships.

If there's any more info that might help; but a similar sort of question cropped up recently on Proz.
