English term

equally at home

English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng Alarm systems
"A range of scalable Hybrid control
panels that are equally at home in
residential environments, scaling
to 512 zones for high end
commercial applications."

I can't understand, why the phrase "equally at home" is used in this sentence. Does it mean, that the control panels fulfill equally well their functions in any residential or not environment?

Any help will be appreciated.
