Un peu sous-traduit (il s'agit effectivement de "booster") mais je pense que c'est comme ça que je le dirais en français : "au lit avec son millionnaire octogénaire bourré de Viagra et de vitamine E." Ici, le sens n'est pas ambigu, on sait bien que le Viagra n'est pas un calmant.
