vacation entitlement for incomplete year of service Explanation: I was hoping to find an answer to this in Kudoz but Henry Hind's one above just appears to be a best guess, so I had to come up with my own (rather wordy) term. If anyone knows of a more common way to express it, please tell! The Spanish term appears in Peruvian labor law, and refers to a partial entitlement to remuneration for vacations when the employee is terminated before completing the requisite full year of service that would ordinarily give full entitlement. "Las vacaciones truncas se originan cuando el trabajador cesó sin haber cumplido el requisito de un año de servicios. Es decir, no tiene el respectivo récord vacacional para obtener el derecho al goce de vacaciones. " https://rexmas.pe/blog/como-calcular-vacaciones-truncas-apre... |
