the answer "title" bit was meant to say "on separate lines", but got mangled somehow.
Having looked at willmatter's appropriate site, I'd say leave the comma off the end of the line - the same goes for UK postcodes which should also have no other punctuation on the line - but I think that "Australia" should go on the last line - the Aus. postal site is referring to mail posted within Australia . Hre's a made up example from their page:
