El documento que estoy traduciendo es de temática médica aunque se trata de un estudio sobre los costes de la asistencia médica en equipos de atención primaria, en comparación con los americano, mediante la aplicación de los Grupos Clínicos Ajustados, como un posible ajuste de riesgos de pago capitativo.
El documento se encuentra online en:
El problema que tengo es con la palabra "iso-consumo" que no se como traducirla al inglés. "isoconsumption" no creo que exista y ya he buscado sin éxito algo parecido como "similar consumption". Google me encuentra a menudo "clasificación en grupos iso-consumo (case-mix) " pero el término "case-mix" no me sirve en este caso.
la palabra me aparece un par de veces en:

I found that "isoconsumer" means having a similar pattern, perhaps this will help you some. None of my searches or dictionaries came up with a good definition or translation but this is a start.

Comment: "That's exactly what it is. Google found many articles on the same topic (Health Care and patient classification systems) using "iso-resource groups" to name this concept (which is "a group of patients that consumes the same or similar resources").
"isoresource consumption groups" also appears but only in translated pages and so I think maybe in English it is better to leave out "consumption".
So, I'm going with these two. Thank you very much four your help! I really appreciate it.
