Vielleicht etwas länglich, aber darum geht es. Ordnunghalten oder Aufräumen greifen zu kurz und sind wohl auch stilistisch nicht angemessen. Die gute Nachricht ist, dass ein "workplace" später im Satz wegfallen kann :)
