English to Russian Tech/Engineering Medical: Pharmaceuticals ���������
Materials. A few different mixtures were used with various levels of cohesion:
Acetaminophen mixture: a 3% ***mock active***, micronized acetaminophen (~30 ?m Mallinckrodt, St. Louis, MO) mixed in an excipient blend of 50/50 w/w% microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH102 (FMC Corp., Philadelphia, PA) and granulated lactose (FastFlo, Foremost Farms, Baraboo, WI).
Salt mixtures: a ***mock active***, KCI (~360 ?m) or NaCl (2 sizes: ~95 ?m or ~360 ?m), mixed into an excipient blend of Avicel PH102 and 1% magnesium stearate (MgSt, Mallinckrodt, ~10 ?m).
Lubrication mixture: 1% w/w% MgSt as the active in a 64/35 blend of PH 102 Avicel and FastFlo lactose.
