What moviegoers must do is learn to see through the editing tricks and out-of-context "facts" that filmed polemics are bound to include, the same way we've learned that "reality TV" is manipulated until it's totally unreal. We must look beyond the information that grabs our attention to judge its accuracy. Of course, that means listening to dissenting views, a tough thing to do in such politically divisive times.
