Vocería es uproar, shouting. En la actualidad muchas organizaciones dan talleres de vocería, que equivaldrían a to voice, to express your claims/concerns. Pero nunca lo había oído para definir a una organización. Quizá exagere, pero me parece que todas las organizaciones sociales o políticas no lucrativas son, de alguna manera, portavoz de las preocupaciones e intereses de un grupo de personas.
