“产假”的种类
母亲假（Maternity leave），概念上比较接近我们所说的“产假”。指母亲因为生完孩子因身体状况需要恢复以及因为照顾孩子的需要而休假。
父亲假（Paternity leave）：指父亲因为照顾新生婴儿或新收养的孩子而需要的休假。
父母假（Parental leave）：指父母双方因为需要照顾新生婴儿或新收养的孩子而需要的休假。
养育假（Nurturing leave）：指父母（主要指母亲）为了照顾婴儿、幼儿，和学龄前儿童而需要的休假。
