agree  Yassen Tounev: Yes, I think, it fits best. Unfortunately , there is no analogue in other countries. Military legal service exists only in armies of former Soviet countries.

  -> The US military has such personnel (for example, in the JAG TV series) but they don't have "rank/service" added to their ranks

I don't think that you can necessarily make a direct translation here. Just my opinion of course. I think Officer of the Court establishes the credentials and is fully comprehensible.

officer of the court n. any person who has an obligation to promote justice and effective operation of the judicial system, including judges, the attorneys who appear in court, bailiffs, clerks, and other personnel. As officers of the court lawyers have an absolute ethical duty to tell judges the truth, including avoiding dishonesty or evasion about reasons the attorney or his/her client is not appearing, the location of documents and other matters related to conduct of the courts.

As far as military officers go, in the US we have the Judge Advocate General. I am assuming that this is not the case in Russia.

Judge Advocate General\'s Corps, also known as JAG, is the judicial arm of the United States armed forces, consisting of autonomous departments in the Air Force, Army and Navy. It is charged with the defense and prosecution of military law as provided in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Officers of the corps are the chief members of the court martial and court of inquiry.

neutral  Yuri Geifman: there was once a situaiton where a lawyer argued before the judge that I as a court interpreter was "an officer of the court", plus the defense, the prosecution and the judge are definittely officers of the court, at least up here in the great white north

  -> Good point Yuri. I was trying to think of a decent term for this. I just think this would require some расширение for it to make sense to the reader. Obviously Russia's legal system doesn't match up with the US/UK systems.
