activities were highlighted almost as often as achievements. activities and achievements were treated almost equally Explanation: This company gave almost as much importance to activities as it did to actual achievements. Normally companies take into account actual achievements while evaluating performace. In this case activities are also treated almost at par with achievements. By activities I understand those things that are only indirectly related to the achievement of the goals of the company. Achievements on the other hand would be fulfillment of set goals of the company. |

activities were highlighted almost as often as achievements. what employee does and how he/she cultivates internal company relationships Explanation: Based on your previous questions, I think you are referring to managers/big business. does that fit? These are the "moments" when individuals interact socially. Company activities (as opposed to personal activities) are: -travel frequency to branches/subsidiaries (fostering relationships) -offsite team building -offsite convention get-togethers -celebration of project culmination -award banquets/annual holiday party -annual managerial planning (often offsite) -possibly Saturday morning golf with boss |
