I have been on this site since 2 months now. Can anybody tell me where the site got its name "prozian"? What is "pro zian"? A search in the internet didn't help me to get an answer.
Thank you!

The site name is ProZ, not prozian. Prozians are the people who are paying members or just people asking/answering questions around here. Well, I'm a prozian, then. And you too. The name ProZ has his history: ask the founder/owner, Henry. It's has been discussed several times. Regards.

I believe that ProZ is an altered spelling of the English word Prose: or sǎn wén 散文 in Chinese
