Help with invoicing tool

Hi prozians!
I issued an invoice trial and it worked wonders!
Now I have to create an invoice with 7 lines and after doing it twice it always deletes the first 5 lines and leaves the last two. As a result I end up with an invoice for one third of the original amount. I am sure I am doing something wrong... But cannot figure out what it is. Can you help me?
