Web Term Search under KudoZ is not working

Your Web Term Search under KudoZ is not working. When do you anticipate that it will work again? The listbox with the Search Engines are missing.
Need this service urgently.

Dear Ralf,

Thank you for your response, but I had already figured out that a support request needs to be file, but the site interface has been changed and rechanged so often, that it takes roughly 20 minutes before finding the correct place to file this request. I understand that it has been changed to facilitate our lives, but I don't agree.

Do you know how this is done?
