Aiming at being completely satisfied before moving on! Jul 4, 2013

Agree with a few of you here... I never confirm a segment without being completely satisfied. That said, when checking my work one last time before delivery, I do detect small mistakes in some places. Like Christine said, nothing is perfect in this world.
