Hello

I have recently dowloaded the latest version of OmegaT and I have always used it without any problem. Today I have also dowloaded the Rainbow packet and the QA tool CkeckMate. Since CheckMate did not work and I thought it was a problem due to the version of Java previously installed, I have downloaded the Java 6 versions for 32 and 64 bit and I have installed them both. I have recently dowloaded the latest version of OmegaT and I have always used it without any problem. Today I have also dowloaded the Rainbow packet and the QA tool CkeckMate. Since CheckMate did not work and I thought it was a problem due to the version of Java previously installed, I have downloaded the Java 6 versions for 32 and 64 bit and I have installed them both. After the installation, CheckMate window opens but the program does not work and when I try to save some old projects with OmegaT it appears an error message "java io.IO exception error rename old file to backup". I think that there is a problem with Java.

All the suggestions will be highly appreciated

Supposing the issue is with Java, you can download OmegaT with Java included. That way, you will be sure there can be no issue with the version of Java you have installed.
