Hi All,

Despite having the option "Check spelling as you type" marked in the User Profile, Spell Check, Catalyst 8 is not doing this type of spelling.

If I press F4 it will spell check the segment I'm working on. I'm using version 8.0 SP1, Build 8108. Any updates to this version?

Also, can I use one command once to spellcheck all the translatable text in a project, or do I need to do it on a segment by segment basis?

TIA,
José Ruivo

Hi José,

This is a known problem that the Spell checker. You would have to click into the Translator Toolbar or as you do press F4.

depending on your Catalyst version you would be able to use the validate expert to validate your entire project for misspelling.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and regards,
Jette
