Born in Barcelona in a bilingual context, I have had a close relationship with the French and English languages since I was 7 years old. My connection to French was especially strong, as my grandmother was French, and it soon became a very powerful bond to me. I wanted to learn the language perfectly. At 16, I moved to Paris for my training in dance and theater, which deepened my language skills and knowledge. The performing and visual arts, combined with the need to communicate and connect with people from different parts of the world, have been my driving force and this has become my main specialty. 

I am a trained translator and interpreter, having received my degree from UAB, one of the most prestigious universities in this field in Spain. Throughout my ten years of experience, I have specialized in translation related to contemporary art, theater and literature, subtitling of documentaries of a social and cultural context. I am also specialized in interpretation linked to social mediation for refugees and migrants. To further my knowledge in this last mentioned area, I pursued my master's degree in legal translation and interpretation to deepen my understanding of asylum law.

In 2017, I decided to move to Berlin to improve my German language skills and reach the C1 level. In 2019, I achieved my goal and I obtained the certificate from the Goethe Institute. Currently, I split my time between Berlin and Barcelona, which allows me to stay in touch with my working languages and continue expanding my cultural knowledge.
