Wie in SIMV kann der Patient während der Apnoe-Ventilation spontan atmen und mandatorische Hübe werden mit der Spontanatmung des Patienten synchronisiert.
Die Apnoe-Beatmungsfrequenz bleibt konstant.
Translation - English Regarding automatic switching volume-controlled, mandatory breathing in the case of an Apnoe. Able to switch “on” in the artificial respiration modes SIMV, VIPAP, CPAP, APRV. The device alarms an Apnoe if it has measured no expiration flow or insufficient inspiration of delivered gas occurred within the set Apnoe timeframe “TApnoe>” (adjustable, see “Setting Alarm Boundaries”, page 79). Then, the EvitaXL starts a volume-controlled artificial respiration with the artificial respiration parameters:

The artificial respiration parameters “O2” and
“PEEP” correspond to the current settings that are in effect. The inspiration time of the Apnoe-Ventilation arises from the set frequency “f” and a steady I:E relationship of 1:2. The Apnoe-artificial respiration frequency remains steady.

wie folgt:
§ 1 Bestandgegenstand
1. Die Untervermieterin ist Hauptmieterin des 7. Obergeschosses im Haus 1010 Wien, Dr Karl Lueger-Ring 10, welches in den beiliegenden Plänen des Architekten Prof DI Edmund Bauer, die einen integrierenden Bestandteil dieses Vertrages bilden, gekennzeichnet ist (Beilage ./1). Der Untermieter nimmt die Bestimmungen des Hauptmietvertrages zur Kenntnis und unterwirft sich diesem dahingehend, dass alle daraus die Hauptmieterin treffenden Pflichten von dem Untermieter vollinhaltlich erfüllt werden (ausgenommen Zahlung des Hauptmietzinses), soweit in diesem Vertrage nicht ausdrücklich anderes bestimmt ist.
2. Gegenstand dieses Untermietvertrages sind Büroräumlichkeiten, die im beiliegenden Plan (Beilage ./1) des in Absatz 1 näher bezeichneten 7. Obergeschosses mit roter Umrandung gekennzeichnet sind, im Ausmaß von 12 m2 (in der Folge kurz "Bestandgegenstand").
3. Der Untermieter hat den Bestandgegenstand eingehend besichtigt. Die Untervermieterin vermietet und der Untermieter mietet den Bestandgegenstand wie er liegt und steht.
4. Zwischen den Vertragsparteien besteht Einvernehmen darüber, dass die in Absatz 2 genannte Mietfläche für die Ermittlung des Untermietzinses maßgeblich ist, und zwar unabhängig davon, ob und in welchem Ausmaß auf diesen Flächen Innenwände errichtet sind oder in Hinkunft errichtet oder entfernt werden.

Hereinafter referred to as the „Sublessee“,
as follows:
§ 1 Leased Property
1. The Sublessor is the master lessee of the 7th floor of the building in A-1010 Vienna, Dr Karl Lueger-Ring 10, which is indicated on the attached plans of the architect Prof Edmund Bauer, which form an integral part of this Agreement (Annex ./1). The sublessor understands the regulations of the master lease and submits this in such a way that all obligations of the master lessee are fulfilled to the fullest extent appropriate by the sublessor (excluding payment of the main rent), as long as nothing expressly different is stated in the present contract.
2. The subject matter of this Sublease are (i) the office premises, circled in red on the plan Annex ./1 of the 7th floor specified in para 1 hereof, with an area of approximately 12 m2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Leased Property").
3. The Sublessee has thoroughly inspected the Leased Property. The Sublessor shall rent out and the Sublessee shall rent the Leased Property in its “as is“ condition.
4. The parties to this Agreement have agreed that the rented area specified in para 2 hereof shall be relevant for the determination of the rent payable under this Sublease Agreement, irrespective of whether and to what extent inner walls have been erected in these areas or will be erected or removed in the future.
