Source text - English General instructions regarding the presentation of the application for including medicinal products for human use into the reimbursement list:
1.1 The application regarding the inclusion of medicinal products for human use into the reimbursement list shall encompass a comprehensive data and information dossier to be presented to the Medical and Economic Evaluation Commission in accordance with the guidance the details of which have been provided below.
1.2 In the applications to be submitted for different strengths (the active substance amount contained within the unit pharmaceutical form) and pharmaceutical forms of the medicinal product for human use, a separate dossier shall be presented for each strength or pharmaceutical form for each medicinal product for the whole section defined under “Section I: General” of the application dossier, whereas a single dossier will be presented jointly for Section -II and -III.
1.3 All information and data to be presented in the dossier in line with the directive shall be submitted in Turkish, along with the photocopies in the original language of the literature references to be presented within the scope of the dossier and the Turkish translation of the abstracts of literature references.
1.4 The dossier shall be submitted in two copies, along with the CD containing the electronic copy.
1.5 At the delivery of the dossiers, which have been prepared, to the secretariat of the commission, they shall be controlled according to the Reimbursement Commission application form indicated in the examples in Annex:1A and 1B in terms of the information and documents they need to contain as per the directive; the secretariat will receive the form prepared in a manner so that a copy stays with the representative of the applicant company and the other copy stays with the secretariat of the Institute or the deficiencies in the dossier shall be annexed to the form and returned to the relevant company so as to be completed.
The application dossier shall be processed upon being presented in the attachment of the form documenting that the dossier is complete, and recorded on the document registry of the Institute.
In the event it is detected afterwards that the dossier which began to be processed upon being recorded on the document registry of the Institute is incomplete, the missing documents shall be reported to the relevant company latest within three work days as of the delivery date of the dossier, in line with the directive, and the date on which the missing information is completed shall be regarded as the dossier application date.
1.6 The Medical and Economic Evaluation Commission shall evaluate each application submitted within the scope of the tasks defined in Article 5 of the Directive and adopt a decision regarding the applications defined in clause b of Article 5 in the Directive. The Decision shall be published with the signature of the Chairman of the Reimbursement Commission. The Commission shall communicate to the relevant authorities its recommendations and proposals pursuant to the evaluation to be performed for other applications.
As the information and documents presented during the application are taken as basis in the decision-making process, the content of the dossier, the accuracy and completeness of the information, data and documents carry a major importance.

1.1 Geri Ödeme listesine beşeri tıbbi ürünlerin dahil edilmesi için yapılacak başvurular, ayrıntıları aşağıda sunulan rehbere uygun olarak Tıbbi ve Ekonomik Değerlendirme Komisyonuna sunulması gereken kapsamlı bir veri ve bilgi dosyasını içermelidir.
1.2 Beşeri tıbbi ürünün farklı etkileri (farmasötik form içersindeki etkin madde birim miktarı) ve farklı farmasötik formlar için sunulacak başvurularda, başvuru dosyası "Bölüm I: Genel”de açıklanan bölümün tamamına yönelik olarak her bir tıbbi üründeki her bir etki veya farmasötik form için ayrı bir dosya sunulacaktır; Bölüm II ve III için ise ortak tek bir dosya sunulacaktır.
1.3 Yönerge uyarınca dosyada sunulacak tüm bilgi ve veriler Türkçe olmalıdır; dosya kapsamında sunulacak literatür referanslarının orijinal dildeki fotokopileri ve literatür referanslarının özetlerinin Türkçe tercümesi de bu bilgi ve verilerle birlikte sunulmalıdır.
1.4 Dosya iki nüsha halinde elektronik nüshayı içeren CD ile birlikte sunulmalıdır.
1.5 Hazırlanan dosyaların Geri Ödeme Komisyonu Sekreteryasına tesliminde dosyalar, yönerge uyarınca içermeleri gereken bilgi ve belgeler açısından Ek: 1A ve 1B’de yer alan örneklerdeki Geri Ödeme Komisyonu başvuru formuna göre kontrol edilecektir; sekreterya, bir nüshası başvuruyu yapan şirketin temsilcisinde kalacak ve diğer nüshası da Kurum sekreteryasında kalacak veya dosyadaki eksiklikler forma eklenecek ve tamamlanmak üzere ilgili şirkete geri gönderilecek şekilde hazırlanmış formu alacaktır.
Başvuru doyası, dosyanın tam olduğunu belirten formun ekinde sunulması üzerine işleme alınacak ve Kurumun evrak siciline kaydedilecektir.
Kurumun evrak siciline kaydedilerek işleme alınmasından sonra Dosyada eksiklikler olduğunun tespit edilmesi durumunda eksik evraklar, dosyanın teslim tarihi itibariyle en geç üç iş günü içersinde yönerge uyarınca ilgili şirkete bildirilecektir ve eksik bilgilerin tamamlandığı tarih dosya başvuru tarihi olarak kabul edilecektir.
1.6 Tıbbi ve Ekonomik Değerlendirme Komisyonu, Yönergenin 5. Maddesinde tanımlanan görevleri kapsamında, sunulan her bir başvuruyu değerlendirecek ve Yönergenin 5. Maddesinin b bendinde açıklanan başvurulara ilişkin bir karar alacaktır. Karar, Geri Ödeme Komisyonu Başkanının imzası ile yayımlanacaktır. Komisyon, diğer başvurular için gerçekleştirilecek değerlendirme uyarınca tavsiyelerini ve tekliflerini ilgili kurumlara iletecektir.
Karar verme sürecinde başvuru sırasında sunulan bilgi ve belgeler esas alındığı için dosyanın içeriği ile bilgi, veri ve belgelerin doğru ve eksiksiz olması büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Deciding where you want the center speaker
The center speaker sound should seem to come directly from the center of the picture. The provided cable allows it to be up to 20 feet (6.1 meters) from the X module.
1. Place the center speaker in an upright position, directly above or below the center of the TV screen or as close to that as possible.
2. Align the front of the speaker with the front edge of the TV screen.
CAUTION: Attach the supplied rubber feet (or pad) to its bottom surface before placing a center speaker on top of your TV. This provides stability and prevents shifting from vibration. To obtain additional rubber feet, contact X Customer Service. Refer to the Bose address list included with your system.
Arranging the left and right front speakers
Place one speaker to the left and one to the right of the TV (Figure 4).
• Keep each speaker within 3 feet (1 meter) of the TV screen to prevent too much separation of the sound from the picture. Vary this distance to suit your room conditions and personal preference.
• If any front speakers will be in a bookcase unit, be sure to position them at the front edge of the shelf. Placing them farther back can change the tonal quality of the sound.
• Place the speakers up to 20 feet (6.1 meters) from the X module, which is the length of the front speaker cables.
• Rotate the top cube of each speaker array (or the single cube) toward the wall or another hard surface to create reflected sound. For a view of this effect, refer to Figure 5 on page 10.
