Bio
As a native speaker of German, I have studied History and German Literature and Language and later qualified as a teacher in the UK. I have worked in education for a number of years, followed by six years as translator/ interpreter for the German Army in the UK. I have acquired expertise in legal (family matters, road traffic and other offences) and military matters, have acted as interpreter up to Crown Court level. Recently, I have specialised more on historical/academic texts. I prefer to translate into English.
