Die Rechenanlage besteht aus zwei Rechenstraßen. In jeder der Straße steht ein Filterbandrechen. Der Abwurf jedes Rechenguts erfolgt über einen jeweils einen Trichter auf einen Spiralförderer. Der Spiralförderer fördert das Rechengut über eine Rutsche (nicht im Lieferumfang von FSM) zu einer Rechengutwaschpresse. Das Rechengut wird in der Rechengutwaschpresse ausgewaschen und gepresst und über ein Austragsrohr zu einem Container weitertransportiert. Die Aufstellung der Filterbandrechen und des Spiralförderers erfolgt im Freien. Die Rechengutwaschpresse steht im Gebäude. Für die gesamte Anlage gibt es keinen Explosionsschutz. Die Steuerung, die Vor-Ort-Steuerstellen und die in dieser Steuerungsbeschreibung genannten Not-Aus-Taster sind nicht im Lieferumfang von FSM enthalten. In der folgenden Beschreibung wird davon ausgegangen, dass eine SPS verwendet wird.
Filterbandrechen (1 and 2)
Der Filterbandrechen hat die Aufgabe, die im Abwasser enthaltenen Grob- und Feinstoffe, sowie Fasern usw. zurück zu halten. Die Siebung des Abwassers erfolgt im Filterrechen durch gewölbte und gelochte Siebelemente (Filterkörbe), die aneinandergereiht das Filterband ergeben.

Le crible dispose de deux voies de criblage. Chacune des voies dispose d’une grille à bande filtrante. La décharge des retenues de chaque grille se fait respectivement via la trémie d'un convoyeur à spirale. Le convoyeur à spirale achemine la retenue de grille vers une presse de nettoyage des retenues de grille via une glissière (non fournie par FSM). La retenue de grille est nettoyée et pressée dans la presse de nettoyage des retenues de grille, puis est acheminée vers un conteneur par une conduite d’évacuation. Les grilles à bande filtrante et le convoyeur à spirale sont installés en plein air. La presse de nettoyage des retenues de grille quant à elle s’installe en intérieur. L’ensemble de l’installation ne dispose d’aucune protection contre les explosions. L’unité de commande, les points de commande sur site et les boutons d’arrêt d’urgence mentionnés dans la présente description ne sont pas fournis par FSM. La description ci-après implique l’utilisation d’un API (automate programmable industriel).
Grilles à bande filtrante (1 et 2)
La grille à bande filtrante a pour but de retenir les matières grossières et fines, ainsi que les fibres, etc. contenues dans les eaux usées. Les eaux usées sont filtrées à travers une grille de filtrage à l’aide d’éléments de tamisage courbes et perforés (paniers filtrants) qui, alignés, forment la bande filtrante.
