Tareas
Diseñar y proponer Ajustes en la Arquitectura Organizacional con la finalidad de mantenerla permanentemente vinculada al Plan de Negocios.-
Identificar y Desarrollar Key Positions
Diseño e Implantación de un Modelo de Competencias alineado a la Identidad Corporativa y al Plan de Negocios de la Organización, que asegure disponer y desarrollar los talentos idóneos para alcanzar los objetivos del Plan.-
Planificar y Realizar Mediciones de Clima Organizacional para utilizar los resultados como input para el diseño de estrategias de desarrollo.-
Diseñar el Pool de Desarrollo para generar los nuevo fuerza laboral global del Grupo.-
Diseñar los Planes de Carrera asociados a las Estructuras Aprobadas
Garantizar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección basado en competencias con pruebas psicolaborales.-
Diseñar y Ejecutar los Planes Individuales de Desarrollo de todo el personal
Diseñar y Ejecutar el Plan de Sucesión de la Organización de acuerdo al Plan de Negocios y las Perspectivas de Expansión.-
Diseñar e Implantar el esquema de Retención de Key People y ejecutar las acciones orientadas a minizar el riesgo de perdida de este personal.-
Realizar Diagnósticos Organizacionales en las Unidades Medulares con la visión de estimular los procesos humanos y soportar el desempeño para el logro del Plan de Negocios.-
Diseñar y Ejecutar las Mediciones del Performance de todo el Personal

Plan and Carry out the Organizational Climate and use the results as input for the strategic development design.-
Design the Development Pool in order to generate the new global work force of the Group.-
Design Career Plans associated with the approved structures.
Guarantee the recruiting processes and selection based on competence through occupational psychological tests.-
Design and Implement the Individual Development Plans of all the personnel.-
Design and Implement the Succession Plan of the Organization in accordance with the Business Plan and Expansion Outlook.
Design and Implement the Retention chart of Key People and implement actions oriented to minimizing risk of loss of personnel.-
Carry out Organizational Diagnostics in the Fundamental Units with the idea of stimulating the human processes and support the performance in order to achieve the Business Plan.-
Design and implement the performance measurements of all personnel.-
