Hi all,

First of all, although I have Trados Studio 2009 and I can work with it efficiently for my needs, I am not an expert on SDL.

A potential client asks for SDLX full verion. Is Studio capable of working with SDLX files? If not, what is the latest version of the SDLX software?

Thanks in advance for any help

SDLX files can be opened in Studio Jun 3, 2010

You can open SDLX files directly in Studio. From home, just select Open Document, and when the open document window pops up, under file type, you will see that one of the supported options is SDL Edit documents (*.itd). These are SDLX files

Simon

P.S. SDLX is no longer produced anyway - the last version came packaged with SDL Trados 2007, which if you want a look is included in the licence for Studio, I think (I already had it, so didn't bother downloading
