I am really not sure what they mean by "A-nummer". The phase "utökad A-nummerpresentation" appears in a list of services offered by a telecommunications wholesaler.

Interesting. Then it may be enough to call it "extended caller ID" (?)

a-nummer "A-nummer" is the phone number of the person making the call, see for instance http://www.pts.se/upload/Foreskrifter/Tele/ptsfs-2008-2-nods... (paragraph 4).
