This goes to proving intent I found this tidbit "Black Latter Law defines forgery as making a false document to deceive.' as in you need to forge the documents with the intent to use them in a deception ... X's act provides evidence of intent to deceive or (defraud).

You could take the safe route and simply use the Swedish court glossary (at http://www.domstol.se/Publikationer/Ordlista/svensk-engelsk_... where they have 'jeopardy of proof' for your term. But this sounds like gibberish to my ears, and a quick check found only 3 hits on good for this term (with one being the glossary).
My suggestion is my understanding of what your term is used for - to establish that a crime has been committed. But I'd need more context to be sure. Like, what crime are you dealing with?
