В аналогичном контексте в вышеприведенной ссылке на испанский текст упомянуты "cojines florales". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 час (2015-09-17 18:17:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Такой перевод приблизителен, потому что в испанском термин описывает внешний вид "припухлостей", из которых вырастают цветы, а в русском - прячущуюся под ним почку. Но, поскольку говорится также о необходимости бережного срезания плодов во избежание повреждения "подушки", думаю, можно говорить о "спящей почке". Вам решать с учетом контекста.
