CERTIFICACION

La otra parte segun yo se podria traducir "I, THE NOTARY PUBLIC, HEREBY CERTIFIES AND ATTEST"

Gracias de antemano, no se como agradecer una vez recibida la respuesta.

Discussion

Sandro Tomasi Jul 1, 2011:
Notario público ought to be translated as civil-law notary public or civilian notary public because a notary public (at least in the US) does not have the power to give legal advise as a notario público does in Latin America.
Sandro Tomasi Jun 30, 2011:
Needless Variants IMO, "certifico" and "doy fe" are needless variants in Sapnish and both can be translated into one term in English: certify.
FVS (X) Jun 30, 2011:
You are going to have to learn a bit of very basic English grammar if you write

"I, THE NOTARY PUBLIC, HEREBY CERTIFIES AND ATTEST"
Richard Hill Jun 30, 2011:
term search you should find these terms at http://www.proz.com/search/

"I ... certifIES..." ?

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "i like it for the main heading, though it means the same as certify, I already gave my opinion about this "ritual""

Certification

I think it really is that simple.

agree Sandro Tomasi : You are correct with the terminological answer, but I would phrase the TL text as: "I, THE CIVIL-LAW NOTARY, HEREBY CERTIFY [not certifies, as you correctly hinted above]...."
