Capacitaremos a un grupo seleccionado de Superintendentes, Jefes e Ingenieros del área SSO de las plantas de Celulosa, Maderas y transversales. Ellos serán los primeros usuarios responsables de traspasar el conocimiento en sus ámbitos de acción, transformándose en agentes de cambio de este proyecto.
We will train a select group of SSO supervisors, managers and engineers from pulp and wood plants and other cross areas. They will be the first users and responsible for passing along knowledge in their areas, becoming change agents for this project.
