Spanish term
rector de la universidad
Spanish to English

Education / Pedagogy
Incluso en páginas de origen británico, en inglés estaría considerado correcto: rector of the university, según he podido observar, es así? De lo contrario cuál sería la opción?

According to dictionary, "chancellor" would be in the UK and "President" in the USA, although I have found Chancellors in North American Universities also.

: Yes, and Rector is used in some universities but usually elected by students, with non-governing role; thus, not the equivalent of "Rector" in Spanish.
